We collect the bare minimum, we sell nothing, and you stay in control. This document explains in plain language how we handle your information.
Quadro Web is a sole proprietorship based on the South Shore of Quebec City (Quebec, Canada). This site is operated by Joey Martel, owner and sole person responsible for the handling of personal information.

We only collect the information you send us willingly through our contact form or in direct conversation: your name, email address, phone number, business name and any detail you choose to share about your project.
To understand how our site is used and improve it, we measure anonymous audience data with PostHog, configured in a strictly privacy-respecting way: no cookie is placed on your device (measurement data stays in memory for the length of your visit only), no session recording, no cross-site tracking, and the data is hosted in the European Union. What we see are aggregate statistics: pages viewed, where visitors come from, and broad navigation milestones such as viewing the packages or sending the form.
We use no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking pixels, and we do no advertising profiling.
Your information is used only to answer your request, prepare a quote, carry out the agreed engagement and send you the communications the project requires (follow-ups, invoices, deliverables).
No information is sold, rented or shared for commercial purposes. We do no advertising profiling of any kind.
To run our site and our service, we rely on established providers that host or process part of the data: Vercel (site hosting), Resend (delivery of contact form emails), Google Workspace (email correspondence), GitHub (source code), PostHog (anonymous audience measurement, hosted in the European Union) and Cloudflare R2 (file storage, where applicable).
These providers apply their own security and privacy policies. We send them only the data strictly required to deliver the service.
Incoming requests (form submissions, emails) are kept for as long as the business relationship remains relevant. Information tied to a completed engagement is kept in accordance with Quebec tax and accounting requirements, generally 6 years.
You may ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to info@quadroweb.ca, subject to our legal retention obligations.
Under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), you have the right to access the personal information Quadro Web holds about you, to have it corrected if it is inaccurate, and to request its deletion in the cases provided by law.
To exercise these rights, write to us at info@quadroweb.ca. We reply within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.
We apply reasonable security measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), strong passwords, restricted access to our tools, and automated backups with our providers. No system is infallible, but we take security seriously and review our practices regularly.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our practices or in legal requirements. The update date above indicates the version in force. For significant changes, we will notify active clients by email.
