Terms of use

A clear framework for how this site is used and how we work with you. No jargon, no surprises.

01

Acceptance

By accessing quadroweb.ca, you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the use of our showcase site. Every client engagement is separately governed by a service agreement signed between Quadro Web and the client.

02

Site intellectual property

Everything on this site, including text, code, images, video, logo, visual identity and design, belongs to Quadro Web or is used with permission. You may not copy it, redistribute it or use it commercially without our prior written consent.

The projects featured in the Work section remain the property of their respective owners. They are shown as examples of what we do.

03

Ownership of the code we deliver

Quadro Web makes one clear promise: on final delivery of an engagement, and once payment is complete, the client owns 100% of the source code of their site, with no mandatory subscription, no technical lock-in and no dependency on a closed proprietary tool.

This clause prevails over any contrary interpretation. It is a fundamental commitment of Quadro Web.

04

Packages and pricing

The packages and prices shown on this site are indicative and may change. The price that applies to your project is the one stated in the signed quote or service agreement.

Payment is made in two instalments: 50% on signing and 50% on delivery. The exact terms are set out in each agreement.

05

Contact form

The information you send us through the contact form is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. We commit to replying personally within a reasonable time, usually the same business day.

Sending a form or an email does not create a contractual relationship. A client relationship begins only when a service agreement is signed.

07

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We do everything we can to keep it reliable, current and accessible, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors, interruptions or inaccuracies.

To the extent permitted by law, Quadro Web cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site, except in cases of gross or intentional fault.

08

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Quebec and Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Québec.
